How to sync the app?

If you use the Smartflow app, the completed forms must be synchronized with the database. This is done automatically when there is a connection to the internet. You require a stable internet connection to sync the app.

Instruction

See if the app is synced.

  1. Open the App.

  2. Open the tile my forms.

 

3. Check the last synchronization in the bottom bar.

 

Force sync

  1. Open the App.

  2. Open the tile my forms.

3. Press the force sync button in the right upper corner.
