How to ask for support?

There are three ways to ask for support.

  1. You can ask for support by sending an e-mail.

  2. You can ask for support through the Smartflow service desk.

  3. You can ask for support through the Smartflow app.

Instructions

If you want to ask for support through our Servicedesk:

  1. Open the service desk link which is provided to your company.

  2. Log in with your company’s account.

  3. Fill in the support form.

If you want to ask for support through email:

  1. Open your preferred e-mail application.

  2. Write your question in the e-mail.

  3. State your company name and your name in the e-mail.

  4. Send the e-mail to support@smartflowapps.com.

If you want to ask for support through our (web)app.

  1. Open the Smartflow app.

  2. Click on the settings button.

 

3. Click on the Login tab.

 

4. Click ask for support and fill out the form.
