Error code

`We are still working on giving more information on the error code.

Providing that you execute an action in Smartflow that is not supported or requires extra confirmation, you get a popup with the alert messages. To provide our users with more information on alerts, we list out the error code in the popup messages here.

Authentication

420001

We have just sent an email to {{recipient}} with further instructions to reset the password.
If your domain is integrated with an identity provider, an email will be sent out to the user directly by the identity provider to reset the password. So please check your email box, the link that’s in your mail will guide you through the steps to reset your Smartflow password.

There is an active session of a different user/domain in this browser. We will close the session and redirect you to the login page. The form will automatically open after you log in.

The form is locked by user {{lockinguser}}, Do you want to override the lock?
In Smartflow we have a lock function to prevent forms from getting overwritten or opened by different users. If you open a form that has a lock function enabled, you will be the only one that’s having access to this form. And if the form has been opened by another user, you need to override the lock so you become the only one that has access to it.

In Smartflow, there is predefined permission set to check if the user has permission to execute certain actions. If you see this alert, it appears that you don’t have permission. Please contact your system administrator.

Failed to release a lock on the form.
In order to provide an extra security level for forms, we have a form lock feature in Smartflow. According to the implementation of this function, the form can be only opened by one specific user. This alert is shown while the form has been locked by another user so you are not able to unlock this form.

If you encounter an issue with a form that you are supposed to open, please contact your system administrator.

Failed to obtain a lock on the form.
This alert is shown when the user is trying to lock a form but is not able to. If you should be able to lock the form please contact your system administrator.

When you create a form template, you must choose one status as your default status for this template. This will indicate the form status of the form.

A wizard-type form must have a section as the first control.

Since the wizard form consists of several sections showing as different pages, you must have a section control first. Afterward, you can put desired controls in a section to make it one page. Then different sections will be shown as different pages while end-users opening the form.

The block width for control(s) that you are defining in a row has exceeded 100%. Please adjust it and you will be able to continue designing a layout for your form template.

You cannot select multiple form templates and render the view as a grid.

The grid view is designed to show a list of forms according to pre-defined properties. This will be shown with rows and columns and it’s developed to only show one template in a view. About visualizing your data with a view, you can find out more information here.

To create a flow you have to add an event then connect it with at least one action so that a flow is complete.

A flow cannot have more than one event. You can create a new flow with a new event.

To separate the actions for different events, you must create a new flow for different events that would trigger the flow to be executed.

Connectivity

Failed to download latest updates from the server due to network problem. Do you want to continue in offline mode with existing data or retry later?

Your internet connection may not be strong enough to continue your work in Online mode. If you use Offline mode, we will make sure that your data is saved locally. And we suggest you sync your device with the server right after you have a good internet connection. So that your data saved in the server is up-to-date.

Validation

Users must be linked to at least one role and one domain.

Please check the Role and Domain tabs and select at least one when you create a new user. Please select the domain and default role the user should have access too.

Users must have one default role in each domain they have access to.

When you create a new user, you must select a default role. Smartflow grants permissions for the theme and some system settings according to the default role permission setting for that user. Please have an administrator add one role for your user ID.
